Philippine Cow

Give one name of an animal commonly used in farming in the Philippines?... I guess one of it would be a "cow". Cows are useful, because it helps a  farmer plow the soil before they start planting. The cow is eating dried corn plants. I took this photo while visiting some farms.

A place from north of the Philippines: Bangued, Abra (Part 1)

I've been gone for a while, but now I'm back with something new to share. I am currently staying in Bangued, Abra, Philippines, where mostly you can see rice fields and corn fields since farming is their people's way of life. While I am there, I took a chance of taking photos of everything or every sceneries that looks appealing or something unsual from where I came from. To start, here are some of it. A photo of a lady farmer pulling some unwanted plants in the rice field. What is unusual about this is the small white umbrella improvised to put on her head for her protection from the sun, and also so that she can use both of her hands in her work. A small barn.
